Plot

The kids discover mold on the restaurant's wall that is growing bigger and bigger so Bob gets the health inspector, Hugo, to inspect it. Hugo needs to close down the restaurant until the mold is erased (even claiming that bleach can't get rid of it). Bob plans to go to a hotel with the family but Mort suggests to stay at his crematory home for the weekend, which the family agrees to stay.

They arrive at the funeral home and discover that his home is not what the family expected, it's like any other normal home. Mort decides to take care of the kids so Bob and Linda will pretend it is their honeymoon. Bob plans to create a model of the bus from Speed, much to the surprise of Linda who wants their stay romantic. Mort is having fun with the kids and lets them explore the morgue. Louise discover that Mort received a message from someone on a dating website for morticians and replies to her a date tonight at Jimmy Pesto's. She replies back to agree to come and Linda and Bob will go as a double date. Linda forces Bob to go despite Tina's failure at babysitting Gene and Louise (for example, jumping on a water-filled bathtub while babysitting) so Bob reluctantly agrees to join the double date.

Bob, Linda and Mort arrives at Jimmy Pesto's Pastafarian night, Jamaican-styled. While babysitting, Tina and the others get bored so Tina tries to socialize but fails. Louise lies to Tina that her breast wants her and the others to explore the morgue, unsupervised. Mort's date, Samantha (Amy Sedaris), arrives and starts getting along as Bob wants to have more fun by drinking alcohol. The kids explores the basement as Louise encourages her siblings to explore more. Louise takes the emergency mobile phone as a prank to scare Tina and Gene. Bob starts to drink more alcohol in jealousy of Mort and Samantha's successful relationship is going. The kids enter the morgue and Louise hides the phone in an empty coffin and locks the door. Tina answers the phone out of the coffin who is Louise calling Tina pretending to be a murderous zombie. Bob and Linda starts dancing as Hugo arrives to see Jimmy Pesto (who they get along). Bob gets tired so he goes back to Mort's home and hears his kids there so he goes downstairs along with his Keanu Reeves action figure to see what is happening. Bob sleeps into a empty, comfy coffin and closes it. While the prank is getting scarier, they hear Bob's snoring, believing it's the zombie. Tina stand up for herself as she takes the keys Louise has been hiding, puts duct tape on the coffin and cremate it. Before the coffin gets burnt, Bob luckily escapes out of the coffin without his 'lazy' pants on that Linda dislikes. Mort and Samantha comes back to the morgue to make out and Bob faces death that he enjoyed so he goes back to Jimmy Pesto's to dance with Linda and discovers mold on it but Hugo told Jimmy to put bleach on it, much to the dismay of Bob.
